I was having terrible cramps. When I went to the rest room and took out my tampon I fealt something aliding out of my vagina. It was two large triangles. They were an off white color the tips were a purple one side was very smooth and the other was the bumpiness of a tongue. I was scared and flushed it. I now realize I shld have taken them to a doctor.
