I removed my mirena on my own but there was something like a blood

I removed my mirena today. Not painful at all! Took it out like a tampon. BUT it did come out with a little string of clear/a little blood like on the I part of the T. I hope this is normal. I am spotting very little. Color red and brownish. I feel great though. And I'm just scared because of what came out and I hope it doesn't stop me from having further children.
