try this if urination is painful and STD tests all came back negative

My penis crown was swollen and itchy and I had pain during urination. All tests came back negative even with the symptoms. Then after searching extensively on the internet, I found it could be a penile yeast infection. The swollen tip was the tipoff (no pun's intended). After some treatment for that, the swelling and pain disappeared. I hope this helps.
