i had sex on my ovulation day n now im cramping 1week b4 my period is this normal ?..and i even got sick so i took only one ibuprofen but i heard it was bad but anyways is this cramping normal? %-) %-)

How long before your period did you attempt to conceive? Slight cramping before a period is completely normal and isn't necessarily a sign of pregnancy.
