TRYING TO GO FROM SABOXONE TO METHADONE..... I was on methadone for 10 years and i was clean,i tried to come down from it but than i used heroin again. I was told saboxone was better so i got on that,it,s been a 3 years now and i stay clean awhile than get high ,So i want to get back on Methadone i heard the transition is tuff,any thoughts or help on this subject i could use some encouragement. Xoctnst is my partner and i don,t want to use in front of her anymore.
