I have a lump on each of the back of my ears. They both are painful and make my ears red and hot. What should I do to get rid of them, I got one before when I was ten, soon after I got my ears pierced, my ears ended up closing up as soon as my lump cured. This time it's both ears. I thought maybe they are pimples, but I'm not sure. Im scared, they are going to make my ears hurt even worse.
