I had my 1st u/s last two weeks and was stated that 6weeks and 5days but there was no heartbeat, then the OB told me to do another u/s. Last week when i had the result of my u/s it was 6weeks and 2days, the OB told me that i just need to wait that my body will flush it out, as here in GCC, there's no way to do the D&C, until you are not bleeding. The OB told me that the fetus start to shrink as it was measure before 6weeks and 5days, and for the second result it was showing 6weeks and 2days.

Yet i don't have sign that i'm having misscarriage and OB was telling me that there's no chance to have a baby at this stage, as there was no heartbeat at all. Can please someone advise me, as i was totally depressed, please help
