At age 15, you're pretty young to be worrying about never being able to come or orgasm.
You are still developing, and so, I wouldn't worry about it. Give yourself two more years, and if you're still not having wet dreams, or able to masturbate to orgasm, then perhaps a conversation with your doctor might be in order.
