I've been wanting to gain weight my entire life. And I have recently reached my goal , but now i am starting to worry if i am going to actually get fat.
I was always around 170 punds and i wanted to reach 200 and stay there. I have reached 200 2 months ago , however now I am 219 lb and growing.
I only eat 2 times per day, what is the problems? Should i cut down on sugar or something.

Ha . Classic example of "Be careful what you wish for, it might get true".
Joke aside, I understand how this might seem like a problem to you. You've always been skinny and wanted to gain weight and all. To you it seemed like happines is just 30 pounds away. So probably you started eating a lot of junk food to reach your goal .
Once you reached your goal of 200 pounds, you didn't stop eating unhealthy , did you? You just seamlessly continued eating hoping that you would stay the same.
The thing is that probably you were overeating; meaning you ate a lot more than someone with 200 pounds should eat and now you are getting that much more weight. Now, if you don't want to reduce your food intake (read diet) it's time to exercise. How much do you exercise throughout the week? You need to incorporate daily exercise as part of your life.
