I am a 22 year old female about 4 days ago my body got really sore the morning after i woke up and had really bad diahrea a migraine pain throughout my stomach and back plus I started my period it's been four days and the only thing I'm left with is the pain in my stomach and back plus blood when I wipe from the diahrea I tried medicine but the pain just sticks around it was bad at first now I'm okay if I lay down. Any solutions or reasons to why the pain is this bad or is it normal to find blood in the diahrea
