I had a medical abortion on 28th Octobe (which is a week and two days ago), then i had unprotected sex on 6th November (which is yesterday). Is there a risk of getting pregnant? If so, should i take morning after pills? Will the pills still work given that my hormones are running high due to the pregnancy and termination? Am i at risk of getting PID, because am still healing from the abortion? If so, is there a preventive antibiotic i can buy over the counter? Lastly, is it normal for the walls to be sensitive and a bit painful during sex, one week after a medical abortion?

I would take a test to be sure you are pregnant, and if you are pregnant again, don't abort again. Instead, go see your local crisis pregnancy center for advice on what to do this time around.
