Me too...I'm struggling with that for ages.
The only treatment that works for me is supplement with cranberries on a daily basis.
All my tests are always ok, I'm "perfectly healthy" but if I stop taking cranberries I get into trouble.
Lot of luck everyone dealing with the same issue.

i started having this same issue about a year ago when i got a UTI and now all of a sudden about 1-2 weeks before my period i get a burning feeling that sometimes lingers all day, sometimes comes and goes. i was taking many antibiotics but it would always come back. my mom went to our local healthtree store and asked the lady there if theres anything that can help me and she recommended to buy the powder D-Mannose! you have a teaspoon of it in a glass of water each day. it REALLY works!!!! i've been taking it ever since. it makes the burning go away.

I suffered with this also and managed to resolve it.  I had burning in the urethra (the same sensation as a UTI but no UTI bacteria present) in the days around ovulation and a day or so before my period. I think it is hormonal and in some women is related to hormonal fluctuations that happen around peri-menopause. Googling brought up lots of women suffering from the same thing - UTI symptoms but no bacterial infection.  A lot of these women believe they have something called Interstitial Cystitis. But while googling this I came across several women who said they were eventually diagnosed with Pelvic Floor Tension / Dysfunction.  This made sense to me because I also noticed I had an inability to fully relax/bear down in my pelvic floor muscles when urinating, due to the pain.  I suggest you look into this and specifically the SNIFF FLOP DROP technique for relaxing the pelvic floor.  This finally resolved the issue for me, within a matter of weeks. The relief after 5 years of pain was immense.  Good luck.

I'm still visiting my doctor because of this very issue I've had since I was a child. Went intermittently during my teen years and then came back full force at my twenties. I'm pretty sure my grandma and great grandma had it too, also never had a definitive diagnosis, but the symptoms are the same.

While I still have no diagnosis, my gyno clearly said to me "we will keep running tests on you until we find out what's going on because you are in pain and it's my duty as your doctor to treat you if you're feeling unwell". Google searching your symptoms is a good idea to perhaps better understand what's happening and get support but please always seek professional medical attention, get a second opinion, a third if necessary, and don't assume your pain is incurable.

Wow I've finally found a site where people have the exact same as me. I've been overworrying about this since last month and this here has calmed me down a bit. I'm in my 20s and since last month when I'm in my ovulation phase my urethra burns, surprisingly not during urinating, and nobody ever found signs of uti or similar. I feel the urge to urinate more and a lot comes out as well, it kinda feels irritated in my urethra if I can say that. Last month it was mysteriously completely gone after 2-3 days and I ovulated yesterday and since then I have the same issue. I'm sick of seeing my doctor for this because he can't find anything and he has nothing to help me. I'm completely healthy otherwise but I can say one major thing that since last month I've been heavily stressed, sleepless nights, headaches, totally stressing out over work and other things and I cannot calm down most of the time. Since I'm often spotting during my ovulation I'm also wearing sanitary pads during this time, my friend told me that this might irritate everything down there and that might also be of cause I've also noticed that I'm bring quite dry right now so this sounds logical to me.

I’m 34. I’ve dealt with the same issues for years, trying to figure out what was wrong. Been going to urologist, had all kinds of tests done, never a positive UTI either.. Then one day i looked up signs of menopause without menopausing.
Apparently if you have PCOS (which i do) you’re more prone to vaginal atrophy. Basically its vaginal dryness, but it can really burn in the urethra. Then it goes away but comes back during your cycle.

I am now waiting to see a gyn so i can get a hormonal gel. I’ve tried a gel over the counter for dryness. This helps a bit, so i’m positive. Also exercising has definitely helped.

Interstitial cystitis is a non diagnosis due to lazy doctors using poor testing. Get a vaginal swab and urine test from Microgen. Bacteria doesn’t always show up well on cultures (only 40% accurate) and it doesn’t rule out ureaplasma, mycoplasma, and cytolic vaginitis like Microgen can. It’s called the “women’s complete”.
