I am 28 years, 5.11" hieght, 85kg weight... I started tobacco chewing & Drinking from 2007 and now I have stopped it totally just because of my daughter, because I love her. Now I am willing to make my body healthier and want to know that which test should I made to find out that which part of my body is affected by tobacco and alcohol. I want to cure them as soon as possible. 

 

Also. My penis size is 3.5 inches and 1.5cm in diameter... can I grow it bigger now?

 

Please suggest. this is my humble request. I have realized now that these things are not good.
