Hi All, I have a had a c-section 4 months back. From past few days, urine leaks out whenever i try to sit up even when my bladder isn't full. It is very embarassing. Pls help.

I have noticed some tiny black particles in my urine. They are about the size of a crystal of sand that you might find on a beach with white sand (Pensacola, Florida ie.). I have also been leaking on myself after urinating is finished. Should I get some rubber pants or other protective device? I have been urinating 8-10 times a day lately even if I don't have a lot of liquid intake. Please tell me what I should do. I have already been practicing my baby talk. (HA HA)
