Does anyone have any tips for females who enjoy clothing their bodies skintight rubber shirts so that they don't end up being "less than fresh"? Especially in the, um... "feminine areas"?

Just so they don't end up getting smelly unwashed vaginas and bum-cracks and armpits etc
