Absolutely right with you! Hormonal change affects our health strongly! I had such problems last year and I’m still looking for a good remedy to stop my vaginal itching. One never knows what these problems result in.

Good luck!!!!

I struggled for years with this issue until one day a lady told me that she was allergic to her husband's sperm and she would rinse with baking soda and water after sex to base out the acidic environment. I was not sexually active at the time, but tried it and ot works great! I have since done a lot of research and realized I have vaginal allergies... certain soaps, sex, lubes all can be irritating... so i rinse if i start to feel it. The acidic environment is what makes it itchy and burn.... worked for me!

You might have lichen sclerosis. Go to your doctor for a proper diagnosis. I have had it for 4 years now, it never really goes away but can be controlled

Thank you so much for your post. I have had this problem for three months and negative on all tests. I've stumbed almost 10 doctors. However, after reading your posts and looking at my bloodwork, I am vitamin D deficient, especially since my gallbladder issues made it harder for me to absorb vitamin d. Since I've gotten my gallbladder removed and have been able to absorb vit d...my itchiness has stopped. Thank you again for your help. This is something everyone should know!! It can save people months and years of searching for an answer!!

Okay Ladies. I had this same problem for 7 years. Went to seven different gynos and three other doctors. Finally went to a vulvar dermatologist. They diagnosed me with erythrasma on my vulva. Used mipuricin ointment and a round of z-pack antibiotics. Cured me. You need to stop going to gynos and find a vulvar dermatologist!

I get this when I sweat alot and have had it for years, it happens mostly in the fall and summer. The dr has given me several refills on diflucan because the itching is realted to yeast. I also use zesorb for jock itch daily, wear only cotton undies, and change them 2 times per day. I hope this helps!!!

I also had a biopsy done and it came back as spongyotic dermatitis which my gyno explained as basically eczema. I'm itchy from the lesion they removed because it is nkw back. I recently discovered what appears to be a blood blister on my labia minora. Any bump or abnormality always causes me stress and concern !
