If it's not thrush just use aloe vera gel which is healing and stops itch. Use Vagisil cream at night if needed.

I have just been to the dr because I have some weird looking thing on the inside of my vagina hole. Me thinking it might be a wart or herpes I begun freaking out. It hurts constantly. Turns out it's an infection from being torn during intercourse and it not having a chance to heal. I have been prescribed Bactroban 2% cream.
I will let you ladies know in 10 days what the outcome is.

Sorry you are all going through this. Sounds like parasites to me, something that Western Dr. don’t know much about. Parasites get more active around your menstrual cycle. Take a bath and add 1/2 a cup of apple cider vinegar from Braggs that has “the mother” written on the bottle. Make sure you are submerged for at least 15 mins consecutively. Once dry you can also powder your labia and surrounding area with food grade Diatomaceous Earth from the health food store. This is all natural fossil and cuts the parasite up when they inhale it because the DE Creates microscopic cuts in their exoskeleton and they die. You should feel relief right away. Good luck.

Could it be from a bacteria like strep? The doctor can do a rapid strep test.

I’m having the Exact same issue! My doctor just called me in an antibiotic and I’m hoping to helps. The last time this happen she gave me some cream as well. It’s like the tissue at work irratates me too. So I bring my own. I’m a recently diagnosed diabetic and it seems to start along with that. My doctor even ask me about any yeast infections when she diagnosed me. So I’m assuming it’s apart of that. I hope this may help someone figure a remedy.

In most of these cases it Candida. Alot of women suffer from it and have no idea what it is. Taking antibiotics can cause overgrowth of candida and causes itching and new allergies to foods and gluten due to weak gut bacteria. Antibiotics wipe out all good bacteria and can cause many long term problems. Research Candida and antibiotics and see if that is the issue for you.
I am detoxing and healing myself as we speak. Best wishes to all.
