About 5 days ago i had a varieocele operated on and my left ball is still swollen badly and I have what looks like blood build up or bruising in the middle of my scrotum... Is this common?

No.. Its not common. My thought is that there is a blood clot inside of your scrotum. Good luck. Might need to see a doctor.
