I was diagosed with having a very small varicocele. The doctor said it wasnt even a level one. I dont have much pain from it. Howver, the left testicle always seems warm and sometimes feels very hot, which seems to make other areas around it warm as well. Is this a sympton of the varicocele or is this something else.
