I have had vasculitis in my legs for a while now, and I am taking medication for it. Over the last month or so, I have been waking up with really bad headaches that will not go away. After a week of taking ibuprofen for the headaches (and even that didn't make the headaches go away!) I think it might be something more serious. Do you think it could be related to the vasculitis?

It is possible that vasculitis causes you headaches, yes. Frankly, this would normally be the case for vasculitis that appears in the blood vessels in the brain - not in your legs! If you are worried that your vasculitis may have spread in some way, you should probably get in touch with your healthcare provider as soon as you can, and request MRI scanning. Good luck!
