Very concerned - swollen lymph nodes on stomach (CT)

Look at GMO foods and MONSANTO , they are destroying our food supply. The food we consume DAILY is not recognizable to our bodies, the proteins are not being broken down. The body is going into an auto immune state to fight off these "unknown" invaders starting an antigen process that put our bodies into upheavel. This is then countered with pharma drugs that have a whole slew of effects on the body as well. If you can do research on why you feel this way, then take some time to research GMO foods. The effects they have om you and why so many people are now gluten intolerant. It affects US ALL.....Also look at Prop 37 in CA. And all the companies that fought to keep it out of the law books (It would have had to label foods to be GMO or NON GMO).....THOSE are the companies you need to stay away from ( food wise). Hope this helps...look to each other and natural solutions, doctors are mostly in it as they are paid by the pharmaceutical business..no drugs to push, no money to be made.....being healthy will not keep them in business.

You are absolutelty correct.. gmos are causing abnormal protein to attach to our blood cells. i have been seein oncologist for 2 yrs now i have lymphocytosis.. high lymphs low neuts if any of you are having simmilar effects , all i can say is try to get distilled water, stay away from all corn. all of it is GMO. also look for NONgmo.. products its near impossible until you look. i dont know that i can be cured, i am on disabiliity now. lots of pain intersistalcystitis. i will take a MIRACLE FROM JESUS to heal me, please LORD when your ready. i am willing to be healed hugs from stacy

My daughter ,10 yrs. old is diagonised with mesenteric lymphadenititis .The pain is in the right side of the abdomen near the navel.

But there is no fever,vomiting or diarrohea except constipation.All the blood reports came out normal.The dr. has not given any 

medicines except a laxative to relieve constipation.The pain is there for nearly 1 1/2 months,but there is no relief.

The pain intensifies more while having food.It takes hours for the pain to subside and again it comes back after an interval.

Heavily confused what could be the reason for this unexplained pain which comes and goes off.Sometimes as soon as she wakes 

up,she complains of pain in the right side of the abdomen.

 

Did they give her anything to try to help with the pain. I have a 13 year old boy who has the same mesenteric adenitis found on CT scan. He has endured a lot of pain. The percocet and even morphine from the ER did not help for long. He can function at times but this has been going on for 3 weeks. We've been to three GI doctors. Answers from "nothing can be done" to "we will do an Endoscopy if it doesn't clear up by April". Meanwhile he's lost 13 lbs. They also tried Zofran and Levsin. Nothing has helped but him being admitted to the hospital twice. Then the Toradol and IV fluids seemed to help him. I am sad for both of us. This sucks and doctors are apathetic.

I'm wondering what the resultion was to your issue?  Did you ever find out?  I am dealing with swollen lymph nodes in my daughter's stomach.  She's 9.  She's has some pain and no real resolution as to what is really causing it.  She went through it a year ago and it took about 6 months for the swelling to go down and pain to get better.  Now we are going through it again and it has been about 3 or 4 weeks and it's causing me to do some research and I found your question and wondered what they had ever decided?  Seems like most things I'm finding says that this can be kind of normal but how many times a child has to go through or for how long before you start pushing for more answers and tests is my question. 

I have had pain from a swollen lymph node in my stomach for over 20 years. At first it was undiagnosed and a search to discover the problem meant ultrasound and MRI scans. When it was diagnosed the doctor said that I might have to live with the pain that I get 2/ 3 times daily. I went to a holistic source and have had considerable help and I can live with a little pain. I understand that this condition usually clears up and I'm sure that that is what will happen in your case, so don't worry about it too much.

Sounds very familiar. I have been diagnosed with Sarcoidosis. A special blood test should be done.

I stopped taking Simvastatin some 2 months ago aftertaking it for 20 years ( with Doctor's approval) and the pain is disappearing fast. I hope to be pain free in about a month

Did u ever find the reason? Daughter same age, same symptoms... Swollen lymph nodes, spasms, fatigue, nausea.

I am going through the exact same thing, and I am wondering why everything I look up comes as stomach cancer, although my Dr seemed to make it sound common but doesn't seem it to me.

Exact same as anonymous but on left side. Started out with indigestion and heart burn (which I never had growing up), as well as fatigue, light headed, weight loss, tired, and headaches (temporal tightness). Fast forward a couple months and now left intestinal pain that radiates to back along with left leg cramping and spasms. Went to the ER about 6 times, everyone told me it's anxiety because I'm a vet... All the blood work was normal. I had this weird feeling, almost pulsating in my belly. After all the doctors telling me I'm healthy or need counseling, as well as friends telling me it's all in my head.. I went into the ER because the pain was increasing and waking me up in my sleep. It was affecting my daily life. I demanded a ct scan and shyied away before since I had a ct scan and asaphagram earlier in the year. Well I'm glad I pushed it because they found that my intestines lymph nodes are swollen and I have a cyst on my kidney. I see a gastro soon and the pain is getting worse so I'll let you know what I find out. Also I'm going to test my stool for parasites, Celiac, and blood. I'm fed up of suffering with this and am going to figure out what the heck is going on. I have belching, weakness, weight loss, swollen nodes (intestinal only), and stomach pain. I belch or my stomach gurgles instantly after eating.. I'll update after the gastro appointment.

My son age 14 was just diagnosed with Mesentric lymphadenitis yesterday. It is day 16 of horrible pain. They told us there is nothing they can do for the pain or to make it better. His pain and the problem is right around his belly button.
