Very concerned - swollen lymph nodes on stomach (CT)

I was diagnosed with messenteric paniculitis 3years ago , after pain and vomiting the following few days my stomach swelled to the extent of full term pregancy and it stayed like that for 3 months and from then on until this day I swell daily. I am now on waiting list for surgery for prolapes and pockets in bowel and cannot move my bowel without having 4 movicol sachets a day. My bowel is so stetched. I did know I had irritable bowel before I was diagnosed and put myself on gluten free which helped. I have found since I've started menapause the symptoms are worse. I also know of family history of the same symptoms with my grandfather with wheat allergy and pockets in bowel and he died even though of a good age of non hogkins lyphoma. My mother also had swelling of the stomach at the same age as me , she developed adhesions from scaring on the large bowel and died post surgery from DVT. Which makes me scared to go under anathetic . I have theories of alot of these stomach problems that people have I really think it's a western disease not so much in asia so it has to be diet and enviromental eg:- antibiotics in the food we eat and pestisides building in our systoms killing our immune systems or turning our immune systems against our stomachs. Even as much as affecting our dna and passing it on down the family. I applaud the research into using parasites for our gut immunity and also fecal implants may or will have positive results. Which will be hard these days cos the dona is not to have ever had antibotics cos its in our food. Family history I think has alot to do with it not only with bowel issues but any sort of allergy reaction not just food, asthma , skin allergies anything that triggers a immune response. Even when I was unwell once a chemist told me to take prebiotics not only though the mouth both ends. I should heed that now I've remembered. So thats my thoughts on Lymph node swelling , paniculitis and food alleries (look into that) and family history. My thoughts also I wonder if this happened over 100 years ago ,I think not. With Genentic modified food . You know I live in Austrlia and a butcher selling grass fed beef said a grain grower had planted a new paddock of gen mod wheat , the cockatoos wouldn't eat it , but they continued eating the normal wheat. The bird's instinct knew.

Hi, Did you find the cause?. I am having the same issue for last 3 years but unable to diagnose. I am in US and few months ago they diagnosed that my lymph node is swelled. I have pain and burning. GI performed endoscopy and biopsies but they all are all. Now, GP refereed me to lung doctor but I do not have any symptoms of lung problem. I am very concerned about my situation.

Did you ever find an answer? I have the exact same issue as you stated. I began with stomach pain, diarrhea and blood in my stool. They ER done a CT and it showed thickening esophagus walls and swollen lymph nodes in my belly. They want to do a EGD and Colonoscopy but cannot get in until July.
