I've had Yaz for about three months now, and I'm not quite sure if how I take it is right.
The first two months I didn't want my period at all (I'm constantly busy), so I didn't take the white pills, just went straight to the next pack.

This month, however, I started having a lot of spotting, so I decided to take a break from the pink pills and have my period. It was very light for the first day, and then today it got somewhat heavy and I had major PMS.

I went home from school because I was in a lot of pain, and I went to sleep for four hours. When I woke up and went to the bathroom, I had a very large strange clump and freaked out. I'm a virgin(have Yaz for my skin) and from other posts girls think it's a miscarriage, mine can't possibly be.

I'm so scared, what could possibly be going on? And is it safe for me to completely skip periods some months?
Hmm, I don't know anything about the clump, I'm not a doctor. But what I can say as a biologist is that it certainly isn't healthy to be off your period for a couple months... unless it's natural. These pills mess around with your natural hormones and your body may produce other hormones to compensate. Taking pills to prolong your period is very risky, and there hasn't been enough research done on those pills and their effects to satisfy me personally. Any kind of birth control pill comes with the risk of blood clots that could cause stroke or any other number of things, and when you take a pill that prolongs your period for more than a month, the risk goes up. So my personal advice as a non-professional would be to stop taking Yaz and try another pill that keeps you on a regular-type period. Or best of all no pill at all, however I understand that's difficult when you've got issues with skin. Anyway I hope that helps!
