You may have trouble digesting your food. I suggest you go to a health food store and get digestive enzymes and see if this helps. Be sure to go to a health food store for this because many supermarkets and pharmacies have low-quality supplements.

In the future, if you do get this flatulence, try taking activated charcoal. This should absorb the gas so you don't have it and/or so it doesn't smell so foul. If you're going to take it often, be sure to drink 2/3 your body weight in ounces of water daily to avoid constipation and dehydration. For example, if you weigh 115 pounds, 2/3 of that is 76 and 2/3. Converting that number to ounces of water, that equals 9.6 cups of water daily (8 ounces per cup).
