On my viginal (lips) there are white spots that itich real bad,not yeast.Can you advice?

Hi! Do you shave the area? It is probably foliculitis! They look like little pimples and they have a white spot on top. Does it look like that? They are incredibly itchy and may become very red from itching. They are actually inflamed ingrown hairs.
They may or may not be infected with bacteria that is not so dangerous and they may resolve on their on usually when hairs start growing. If they persist, you may see a dermatologist to get an antibiotic to help you clear the infection. You may get folliculitis when spending some time in saunas as well.
I often get these inflamed hairs but usually on groins. When I scratch, I only make things worse but in the end, they go away on their own.
