I've been on medi weight loss now for 3 weeks and lost 3.5 pounds of fat (!) which is not easy to do. I feel like it really does work although I can't tell if the shots (b12 and b6) are just placebo affect but they are $18 mid week and $50 for my once a week checkup plus shots and I feel great so who knows. I am not on the appetite supressant or metabolic pills - just take the fat burner once a day and the other stuff as instructe but the app. supp and metabolic pills are too scary for me (can cause insomnia or heart palpitations, blech) Also it is not fast - I probably am averaging about a pound loss per week. But I already can fit in my clothes better and I have energy and feel good. Just had headaches the first week. Cravings still occasionally but I've figured out what to do for those (usually a almond milk "shake" with 1/2 cup to 1 cup of almond milk, tablespoon or 2 of cocoa powder, handful of ice, some vanilla flavoring, a dash of cinnamon and 1/2 cup to 2/3 cup of nonfat, unflavored greek yogurt and a packet of "truvia". Blend up and yum !

you know your stuff. I convinced my doctor and pharmacist to get me on an injecyion regiment as I was on dr bernstein 11 years ago, and it worked very well. So I have this bottle of b6-pyridoxine hydrochloride and also b12. But I am trying to find videos on youtube that show me how to take 0.35 cc of both fluids into a syringe for the injection. But i just called my pharmacist and he told me the dosage, and your number is correct, he told me its 0.35 CC of each b vitamin. As for the pills, i will get them next week.

I have been doing Dr. B. myself and self-injecting and I have lost 21.2 lbs in a month and a half. I also cheated here and there at the beginning. I inject my stomach or butt...I'd like to know where to inject into the thighs if anyone knows? Thank you!

Well, taking diet pills is the only thing you'd have to be taking in this example...but not for me. I developed heart issues after taking Fen/Phen for a year....

I was 260 and got down to 167 in about 6 months. I gained a bit of weight after a decade and just started doing Dr. B. on my own. I'm down 21.2 lbs in a month and a half thus far. 10 more lbs to go.

Go to your regular doctor and get B12 shots, then watch what you eat and exercise. Don't do Medi!
