hi, i want to start with the B12 injections, but not sure my doctor will allow it o.O. how do you know you qualify? will they give them to anyone?

I called Shoppers today and they said only B12 and must have a prescription so either this has changed or it is perhaps random Shoppers?

I called shoppers and they said they have never seen vitamin b6 injections in their whole career. They said you can only have it in tablets??

Is this safe for an over weight 17 year old girl? i weight 230 and really want to cut it down. i can't do physical exercise due to the fact i have bad knees n a weak feet and ankles. Also can you take it by mouth instead of injections??

yes any pharmacy and you do not need a prescription for the B12 but the B6 you do If you have a company insurance plan and have the prescription you do not have to pay a dime this is in canada

hi,

I want to know how often and what the does of vitamin b6 and b12 is that ppl are self injecting? I understand that it aids in weightloss so I just need to know the does and frequency.  Thanks

buy it at your animal feed store .. it is the same and you get 1000 ml. for about 20 dollars ...or buy online

you buy it over the counter at any drug store or groceery store that has a drug centre in it and the needles that you will need as well.

This is the dr bernstein way to do it without going to the clinic:

B6 - .35cc + B12- .35cc= .70cc (only 7/10 of a cc) – mix in same needle and do it 3 times a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

And for people saying 'whats a cc' its right on the syringe, the numbers labeled on it are cc's. Use a small insulin syringe like BD Ultra-fine II Insulin Syringe for U-100 insulin 1cc.
