I recently turned 14, and I am graduation from Middle School this year, it's a big thing for me so I want to look my best. In march, there will be a picture day for the whole school. Here I am, looking all over the place for a simple diet so I can lose weight without damaging my body. My graduation is on June, I'm trying to lose 25 lbs before that, but I always have this huge appetitte...
In school, I'm part of many activities, so when I come home, I am b]full of work, so I usually stare into my computer screen. I don't have that much time to excercise anymore. I feel fat and enormous, but people tell me I'm not. I just want to lose enough weight so I can feel confident of myself again. I don't know what to do except anorexia, but I know that is not healthy... :(

A great way to lose weight is to follow the tips in Kevin Trudeau's "Natural Cures." I lost weight rather quickly on that diet.

CONGRATS on your graduation!!
Unfortunately there really are no weight loss quick fixes and I'm not a believer in the "I'm trying to lose weight for insert whatever occasion here" People who want to lose weight for special occasions don't ever want to do what is necessary to lose weight and they seem to often go on some gimmick or fad diet that causes water loss then eventual weight gain 8-| that's what happens when up and out of nowhere you need to suddenly lose weight fast..it's not going to happen!
If you want to lose weight you have to work for it--EARN it through a healthy diet and excercise program and it takes months for that work to show on your body so be patient...but it's worth it because once you reach your weight loss goals you will never have to go on a diet again.
The best way to lose weight is by making a lifestyle change in eating and excercise and then when occasions arise you already have the body you always wanted all ready to go!
In the meantime enjoy your graduation! 8)
