I'm sooo insecure and I really want it to stop. I look in the mirror and my stomach turns. I need help but everyone thinks I'm just a joke and a waste of time. I'm aprox. 5'6 and I'm 140-145lbs. I feel horrible and my graduation is in 2 months. I really want to look really great. I want to wear pretty clothes and not be afraid to participate in gym class and wear bathing suits during summer. I'm begging please help me.

Hello there, MI.

First, you need to stop calling yourself like that. :) A fact that you come here seeking aid suggests that you're no longer insecure. 

Now, chin up and start toward your goal. I think that you have a vision of beauty in your head that you want to accomplish. 2 months is very long time and you can do whatever you want just if you build a right pattern and stick with it.

Start with small steps, for an example, walking every day (5-6 miles), morning exercises (very helpful, trust me), don't eat too much sweets (at least, not until graduation :) ). I'm not very fond of diets, so I suggest that you try eating a 4 times per day, but only small snacks, and try not to eat after 8:00 A.M. That regime helped me to lose 10 kgs in 3 months. Except the part with sweets (I know, that's my weakness :-D).

Its all on the diet. Exercising is a plus. Eliminate any white carbs, stick to vegies, fiber and protein. What I do is eat really early in the morning, this will help your metabolism this will also be your most important meal. Add vitamine C, Omega 3s help balance out your system. That's what I have been using to lower my weight and works well.I did however do laser treatments with Zerona which did wonders in short time.
