Id love to know what diet you are on to lose your weight. Nothing has worked for me to lose any weight after this surgery..ugh.

I have the same issues. It has been 4 years since my total colectomy, and I have gain about 40 lbs. I also watch my diet and walk alot, but still cannot shed a pound. I'm at a loss on what to do. Can some please provide some advice, so I can get back on track again.
