I’m a 13 year old girl. My height is 5’5 (5 foot and 5 inches) and I am 10 stone and 6 pounds (146 pounds) - maybe even a little bit more. Is this a good weight or should I lose some? What’s the average weight of a girl like me? I’ve always been insecure about my body as I have big thighs and a big stomach. I’m positive I’m bloated as well. (Do you guys also have any tips so I don’t get bloated or something like that?) I’ve also been trying to lose weight but either nothing is working or I give up and, most of the time, eat more than I should. Do you have any tips to lose weight? It would be more convenient and helpful if it was fast but I’m fine with anything. Thank you~ :)
