I'd like to start of by saying, sorry if this has been mentioned before. I'm new here and was just needing some advice/information. I'll try and be precise as I can on the particular subject. And if I have posted in the wrong forum, please advise me on where to go!

I'm 22. I've recently lost 12 out of my 15 pound weight loss goal. I weighed 140 about 6 weeks ago and now i'm down to 128, trying to get to 125. I am very happy with the way my body is shaping up, but I have a weird hump? under my belly button. I've tried searching for this particular topic but all that I found were "fat under belly button" and "lumps under belly button" which resulted in hernias, etc. I don't want to call it a lump or a hump, but that's the only thing I can think of to call it. It's more like a mound? It's not fat (or it sure doesn't feel like it). If I try and pinch the skin, there is no excess to pinch and it's hard when you push on it and someday's it seems bigger than others. Within the past year I have dropped from 152, loosing weight until I stalled at 140 for a few months, then picked up dieting/exercising again 6 weeks ago. I'm a runner and I try and run about 20 miles per week, but I partake in no other exercise. I have posted my diet below as well as a picture or two for you to reference.

I have had roughly have the same diet over the past 6 weeks, although the mound/hump has been there ever since I started exercising a few years ago:

Breakfast: Some kind of fiber cereal with fruit and almond milk

Lunch: Granola Bar or Raw Broccoli with Hummus

Snack: Supplemental Drink/Fruit or Veggie.

Dinner: Turkey Sandwich with half soup and veggie chips or some other sort of lean meat.

I can tell you right now, if I'm bad with any types of food it would be carbs. I drink about 4-6 beers every weekend and if I'm ever snacking, it's probably more carbs.

Sorry for all the information, but I wanted to provide as much as I needed to in order to assist you all with hopefully, a possible answer.
