My name is James and I have a question for you. This past year or so I have noticed some weird spots on my penis/ genitals. I believe they are caused by harris growing on the bottom part of the shaft but I want to make sure. I read that they might be warts. But whenever I examine th hairs are growing out of them, so is it hair? Or is it something else? It makes it very...rough and bumpy almost and I dont know how to get rid of it. I'm 15 years old and I want to get rid of this for it may be something very dangerous I believe.
