well i get these REALLY bad pains in the chest and tummy. like someones stabbing me over and over again. . it hurts heaps and i cant do anything to stop it and i get really dizzy and pass out and it happens for like no reason whatsoever and yeah. i dont know what to do ive been getting them for over a year. . I dont want to see a doctor so i need someone who knows something about it, plz reply to it.
