so for two days now this sensatiion where my heart feels like it expands and deflates has been coming and going. my brother and mom think its acid reflux but i dont believe them cause its never happened before and ive had acid reflux for a long time. im only 20 years old and im concerned about why this is happening. should i change my diet??? whats causing this?? should i see a doctor ??
