My boyfriend of 5 years and I broke up and then we had unprotected sex but he "withdrew"... I went off the pill as soon as we broke up because I didn't see the need to stay on it as I was not planning on sleeping with him or anyone else ! I have heard that going off the pill irregulates your cycle, is that true? If I'm still on the 28 day cycle, then my period is over 2 and a half weeks late.. What should I do?
