What is true, is that there is an interaction between warfarin and many other medications. There is a strong connection between between antifungals and warfarin because a. fungals enhance the effect of warfarin. This goes especially for medications like Ketoconazol it is used for system fungal conditions. So, you are safe for antifungals that are taken locally, like nistatin.
