It's been a day since you posted, so I'll offer some comments. What is a turnoff to some guys could well be an attraction to others. Not wearing make-up and being quiet are qualities many like, but equally some guys go for loud uncouth brassy girls with plenty of slap.

There will be a guy who likes you for who you are, not what he can selfishly get out of you. Some girls like to wear 'warpaint' and will attract a particular type of guy. Also a lot of makeup is just camouflage.
Get to know the guys you think may like you. Take an interest in them - their hopes and fears, their hobbies and interests, their spiritual and emotional agenda, and see what happens.
