I know you see this type of board everyday, but I need answers now as I have terrible anxiety/paranoia on these sorta things.
To break it down simple w/o a long winded story.
Wore a Condom, didn't break, but leaked a bit.
She is on BC but missed a day or so.
We got Plan-B and took it 2 hours after this happened.

Well, you've certainly covered the bases, so you've been about as responsible as you can be, and still have sex: body armour, bunker, and anti-missile defence just in case, yes I'd say you're good.
Of course, nature's pretty good too, so there's still a one-in-a-million shot that something penetrates the bunker, but at some point you've got to say you've done all you could, and relax.
I hope you put as much energy and concern and rational thinking into the rest of your life, cos you'll do fine, no messing.
