I just started distance running more seriously lately. I've run in the past to keep in shape, but nothing more than 3 miles. I've started training using a treadmill. I find it helps me keep a consistent pace, and I like the fact that I get stats right in front of me. I haven't started training with hills, but since I live in Florida, the treadmill would help with hill training as well. What are some more experienced runners' take on training with a treadmill?
