Hello I've been having sharp quick chest pains for several months. They seem to come out of nowhere and go away for a few days at a time but seem to come back when I stop thinking about them. I've also been feeling pain in the center and side of my throat along with short bouts of dizziness. When it started I had something happen to my lower back that threw me to the floor. I tried to exersize and streatch my back for a few days and then the chest pain started and has been here ever since. I'm still getting pains in my lower back but not to that extent of dropping me to the floor. All this has also come with a pretty constant gut cramp or nausea which I've attributed to the constipation from addiction maintenance drugs I'm prescribed to daily but a symptom I don't want to leave out. I've been to the er at least 8 times in the past 6 months. I've been told every time I'm not having a heart attack and they send me out without any information as to why this is happening. Ekgs and blood work are always normal. RBC was a little low last visit but didn't seem to bother the er dr a couple ekgs were abnormal again didn't seem to bother the er dr and I also had a CT scan with die put in my veins of my whole abdomen. All fine. I've had several visits to my PCP and she seems to think GERD or something of the sort but I feel like it's more for some reason. I've been riddled with worry of heart issues since this started. I've got a family history of heart attacks and blood clots of the lungs and I agree that anxiety may have a role in some of this. I'm at my wits end and would like to see if there are any other suggestions for my dr or any words of calming from someone who knows more than I do about cardiac health to maybe put my mind at ease while I wait on 3 month away appointments to fully have things checked out. This has taken over my life and caused massive depresssion to set in. Any questions are welcome and any advice is appreciated.
