Hi, I am trying to help my daughter as much as I can. Since she is a 16 year old teenager, her biggest problem now is her weight. She does not have more than 5 extra kilos, but even that bothers her much. So, what diet is the best for a teenage girl?

Well, I guess you already know that diets are not that recommendable in the teenage age, especially if there is no serious problem with an extra weight, just like in your daughter’s case. Perhaps you should try to convince her to start with some sport activity, which would do her good, both mentally and physically. And she will not have to be on a diet at all.
