I woke up in the middle of the night around 3am and I felt very cold all of a sudden I discovered my penis erection.though some night before i drank some bottle of bear which i have originally abstained for initially.so I thought it was normal and it would go down any moment but to my surprise this is the forth day and its still the way it is ...what is the cause and whats the remedy pls help its painful
