What does vommiting and lil cramp mean ?

Hi. I dranked the Norvel morning pills on the 27th of April and had my periods on the usual date ,the 3rd of May.They were lighter and darker too. So now I kinda feel like vomiting and have lil cramps. Wat does this mean?
