ancient Chinese secret-think about it. HOT WATER-soak-flush-drink water constantly and u will cut withdrawl time to nothing ! Opiates get into your deep tissues so what ya gonna do !Pry it out with saunas ,baths but the id**t doctors won't tellyou, They got 30 million americans addicted years ago then wont help unless you have a couple grand a month. Doctors are just covering their ass ! In my case I had numerous-legitimate sports injuries and before long I was hooked ! My fault, hmmm,,,,,,,,,,f**k no ,the doctors should have known but pharm. cos. love moving opium ! Its an obscene travestyand suboxone should be FREE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ugh.. it really pisses me off that people are so negtive about coming off suboxone. I pluged my nose and jumped at 4mgs.. I'm an all or nothing kind of girl. You know what will save your life? Gagapetion. Seriously! That combined with clodine and this sh*t is a cake walk! You have to do realtively high doses of the gabapetion, it is NOT a narcotic but be carefull... I guess it can be pretty addicting too so ween off it. All of us are going to feel some PAWS but just remeber that hell.. know this too shall pass. Drink sh*t loads of h2o, get some valerin root for sleep. As long as my sleep is not disturded, I'm sleeping threw the nights. Workout! You need to get the endorphins going. Otherwise your just prolonging those sleepless nights. You got this.. It's temporary and I dont know about you but I love feeling alive again!

jpd,
I was on suboxone for over 2 1/2 years. I got down to .25mg for about 6 weeks and I completely stopped taking any 8 days ago. I was freaking out pushing off quitting because I tried 18 months ago while taking 8mg and it was a complete nightmare I only made it 3 1/2 days. I am happy and surprised to say that I have not felt ANY withdrawal at all since quitting at .25mg. I know it is day 8 and I know I might still experience something but usually the first 7 days are the worst and I feel great. For me reading these posts were helpful but also they instilled fear in me that quitting was going to be near impossible. If I can do it you can do it also.

Please do not take clozepam that much otherwise you will have issues trying to get off of that as well. Stay calm. Eat healthy, exercise and take a good fish oil pill like Country Life Mood which has the highest EPA I could find. Also take a good multi vitamin. Calms Forte really helps with anxiety and sleep issues. Good luck

Cracking me up. Some people tell the truth others just what they hear. I have done opiates for 10 years or so. I used to do more than 10 80's a day because i sold them. Anyone who did Oxy's knows the WD's are usually a few weeks but only days 2-5 are really intense. Everything after is a cake walk. Subs are different. Nobody should be taking *mg a day of suboxone let aloe multiple 8mg strips/pills. Its too much. You can take just enough to get you past the physical part and just deal with the rest. AND YES......Benzos are great for opiate WDs!! Anyone who tells you otherwise knows little of this subject. Oh and tramadols do work to releive suboxone WD. Just dont take them to get high. Just to get rid of the physical part. Mybae 100-150mg/day but only for the few days of intense WD. Also stay away from cannibus due to the fact if will cause anxiety or panic disorders. TY that is all

Your post is very inspiring to me. I'm on day 6 of suboxone w/d which I was on for 2 years. I quit Subs, cold turkey, after being on them for 6 months. I swore I would never go back. I got back with my ex and everything started again! After all this, I'm going to be done for good! I love getting online and reading posts like yours, thank you for sharing!

Hello.
We are conducting short anonymous survey about Suboxone treatment, withdrawal and side effects.
The goal of this survey is gathering real life experiences from you and other people who went through treatment with Suboxone, Subutex or any form of medication that contains buprenorphine/naloxone.
We’ll use your experiences to make an ebook guide in order to help all patients who are currently going through Suboxone treatment, Suboxone withdrawal or who are experiencing side effects.
This survey won’t take more than 10 minutes of your time, and your answers may help people who are going through hard times on Suboxone.
You can access and participate the survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/92QJT98
Thank you,
Billy
