:-( I would like to know what makes the vulva disapear after a women get in her 50's. Where does it go, and why does this happen?

Decrease in estrogen level following menopause or as a woman ages causes the vulva to lose fat, connective tissue and elasticity. The labia minora may disappear altogether. Treatment is estrogen replacement therapy.
