Hi! Some of my friends are coming to dinner tomorrow and I have some salmon that I would like to use as a starter. Of course the salmon on its own is a bit boring, and there should be some herbs in the dish! What herbs do you use for salmon dishes?

I prefer dill, lemon, and salt and pepper. That is it. This is a great combination with grilled salmon, which is easily made by putting your salmon fillets under the grill until they are nice and bubbly and turning a bit brown. Don't overdo it on the herbs though, or you will spoil the salmon, as salmon is lovely the way it is by itself!
