what is foreplay and how can i do it?
i read the word foreplay in a text book but it didn't go on about it. i know its something to do with sex but i don't know. ???????????

Since I don't know your age, country, or any such (nor do I wish to know, for legal reasons), I will be a bit circumspect (ie: careful) in answering your question.
Foreplay is technically sexual contact (contact between two partners) before the act of intercourse (male entering the female with his penis). Kissing, touching of breasts, and genitals, generally are what is meant by foreplay. Since intercourse is illegal before a certain age, (the age of consent) which is different in each country but is generally 16-18, foreplay is broadly what you seen teenagers doing in movies: kissing, hugging, fondling. Basically, what you see in a movie for your age bracket is roughly the 'approved' foreplay for that age bracket.
Masturbation is solo foreplay. That is approved at any age, for the simple reason that it would take a camera in every room on the planet to stop it. Again, I won't specify details, for legal reasons, as you may be (are almost certainly) a minor below the age of 18, and any advice might be construed as incitement or some such.
Basically, you have a body. No one can decide or prevent what you can do with your own body, in privacy, though I have heard stories that there are states in the US that try, (and no doubt plenty in non-western countries also).
