what is going on

This is a rare occasion especially with all the new technology with tubaligations. I had mine cut and burned and have been satisfied and free of worry everytime my period was late. How were yours done?
Some are just tied while others are severed and cauterized. I have heard that they can make there way back together tho it's rare.
