I have a 6 yr old son and he's scheduled for tosillectomy next week as highly recommended by his pediatrician due to recurring acute tonsillitis since he was 1 year old. Just for our peace of mind, is this opertion safe for his age or should we wait till he gets a little bit older? What is the minimum age before this operation can be safely administered? Thanks!
